Yes, everyone has a 2-car garage. We have additional parking spots throughout the community that are first come, first served. There is also street parking available.

Because we require the Renters Legal Liability, we do not require renter's insurance. However, we highly recommend renter's insurance.
We provide the contact information for Rocky Mountain Power and Enbridge Gas. You can call them or set it up online.
Guests are allowed. If they will be staying long term with you, you need to discuss with management.
Our best price is for a 15 month lease. We do not offer additional discounts for a longer lease.

Our termination fee is 2x the monthly rent, and we require a 60 day notice.
